Career History
SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

For two years, Rich led the cinematics department at Creative Assembly, managing a head count of up to 22 people, through expert project management, budgeting, planning, tracking, facilitating, resourcing, problem-solving and keeping the team motivated to perform at their best.
Then, for the next two years, Rich moved in to the creative marketing team to manage their video and design projects, from trailers and content films to branding and design. Responsibilities included managing budgets, internal and external resources, contracts, workflows, processes, research, data analysis, corporate and much more.

Currently, Rich now manages the in-game cinematics and writing teams across the Total War franchises. Day-to-day tasks include planning, managing resources, tracking, reporting and liasing be- tween the various game teams to get work delivered in-game, on-time.

As a freelancer, Rich worked across various pitches and productions for a wide range of gaming clients at Maverick Media, commercial clients at Disney Media Sales & Partnerships and Viacom Velocity International and promo work for various broadcasters.

Produced and directed commercial campaigns, with day-to-day tasks including leading creative sessions, effectively translating briefs in to innovative creative solutions, copywriting, directing shoots and voiceover talent, creatively managing multi-discipline teams, editing, producing entire campaigns; budgets and contracts, production timelines and delivering content to TX in worldwide territories.
